About Me
My name is Holden Riefenstahl and I am the founder of Holden’s Hope. I was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes at the age of four. Since my diagnosis, my family and I have been involved in JDRF, walking, biking, and advocating for funding for diabetes research.
About Holden’s Hope for Haiti
Holden’s Hope for Haiti is a charity drive to help children in Haiti by providing essential, non-prescription diabetic supplies for children in Haiti. To achieve this, we hope you’ll donate any unwanted or unneeded diabetic supplies that you may have.
About my Eagle Scout Project
When it was time to plan my Eagle Scout project, I knew I wanted to help children with diabetes. Through research, I was able to find a nonprofit group called CRUDEM, an organization that provides supplies and medical supplies for children with diabetes in Haiti. I knew my project would be a collection to help this organization, and the children of Haiti.
How to contribute (without supplies)
